What we collect, what we don't, and why.
What we collect
- Your email — to send your intake link and deliver your report.
- The property details you submit — address, price, rents, expenses, financing terms, and the figures we compute from them. These are the inputs to your report.
- Payment metadata from Stripe — a session and payment-intent identifier and the amount. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles payment data directly.
What we do NOT collect
- No card, bank, or credit-check data on our servers.
- No third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
- No selling of your data — ever.
Who processes it
We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (to write the narrative sections of your report from the figures we already computed — property numbers and address only). Our hosting provider stores the database and generated reports.
Retention & your rights
We keep your order and report so you can re-access it and so we can support you. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email support@investordealdesk.example.
