Refund Policy
Because reports are generated automatically and delivered immediately, all sales are final once a report has been delivered.
When you will be refunded
- Held orders. If your order is auto-held for data-quality reasons and we cannot produce a usable report, we refund in full.
- Never submitted.If you paid but never submitted property details, request a refund within 30 days and we'll issue one.
- Technical failure. If a report is not delivered due to an error on our side, we refund in full.
To request a refund, reply to your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
